About Airport Car Service NYC
In short: Airport Car Service NYC books private, chauffeured sedans, SUVs, S-Class cars and Sprinters for the five New York area airports and the region around them. You reserve a class, send the flight and the load, and get a written quote before the ride. Call (929) 841-2152 or use the booking page.
What we do
The service is built around one moment: the time between an aircraft door opening and a traveler sitting in the right car. That is where most airport trips go wrong. The flight is late and nobody knows, the party has more bags than the trunk, the pickup point was never agreed, or the price changes at the curb. Everything on this site is aimed at taking those problems off the table before the trip starts.
In practice that means reserved vehicles, not whatever happens to be nearby. It means asking for the airline and flight number, the passenger count and every bag up front. And it means a written quote that states what is included, so the traveler and whoever is paying know the terms before the car moves.
Where we operate
Pickups and drop-offs run at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and Westchester County Airport. From those airports the cars run to all five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons. Each area has its own page under service areas, and the airports page compares the five airports side by side.
How we price
We publish hourly estimates by vehicle class: $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 for an SUV, both including gratuity and fees, and starting rates of $175 for an S-Class and $200 for a Sprinter. Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. One-way airport and city trips get a route quote for that itinerary, because the airport, the crossings and the pickup style change the cost. The rates page lays out the full card and what sits outside it.
What we do not publish is equally deliberate. There are no flat neighborhood fares on this site, no guaranteed drive times and no promises that are not written on a confirmation. If a feature matters to you, whether it is a greeting inside the terminal, a child seat or a particular vehicle, ask for it when you book and check that it appears in writing.
The vehicles
Four classes cover almost every airport trip. The Business Sedan handles one to three passengers with light luggage. The First Class SUV takes up to six and a real luggage load. The Mercedes S-Class is the premium sedan option. The Sprinter Van moves groups and equipment, with its seating and bag layout confirmed on the quote. Stretch limousines are available for events and quoted separately. See the fleet page for photos and details.
Licensing and who is responsible
For-hire trips in New York City are prearranged through bases licensed by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, which publishes the rules on its official site. Your confirmation names the company that accepts and dispatches your trip. Keep that confirmation with you; it is the document airport staff may ask about at the pickup point, and it is the record of what was agreed.
What we publish for travelers
Beyond the booking pages, the site carries airport guides, route pages and buyer guides meant to help people plan a trip, whether or not they book with us. The ranking articles are publisher recommendations with ownership disclosed where it applies; they are not independent tests or awards. You will find them under guides. Frequently asked questions
What kind of company is Airport Car Service NYC?
A private airport chauffeur service. You reserve a vehicle class ahead of time for an airport pickup or drop-off, an hourly booking or a point-to-point trip, and receive a written quote before the ride. It is not a street hail or an on-demand app.
Who drives the car?
New York City for-hire trips are prearranged through bases licensed by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission. Your confirmation names the company that accepts and dispatches the trip; keep it with your quote.
Why doesn’t the site publish flat fares?
Because airport trips in this region vary too much by airport, destination, crossing and pickup style for one number to be accurate. Publishing hourly estimates and quoting routes in writing avoids surprises at the curb.
