New York area airports we serve

Quick answer: Airport Car Service NYC books private cars for JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and Westchester County Airport, to and from anywhere in the published service area. Pick your airport below for pickup and route details, then reserve with your flight number on the booking page or call (929) 841-2152.

The New York region does not have one airport. It has three large commercial airports run by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a dedicated private aviation field at Teterboro, and a county airport in Westchester. Each one sits in a different corner of the map, uses different roads and handles pickups a little differently. The right ground plan starts with knowing which one is on your ticket.

How the five airports differ for a car pickup

The table is about staging, not drive times. Travel time from any of these airports depends on the hour, the weather and the exact door, and this site does not publish guaranteed times. What it does ask for is the detail that makes staging work: terminal, airline, flight number and the traveler's phone.

Picking the airport page that answers your question

If you already know the airport, go straight to its page. JFK airport car service covers international arrivals and the long walk from some terminals. LGA airport car service covers the three LaGuardia terminals and Queens routes. EWR airport car service covers Newark, the tunnels and the state line. Teterboro car service covers FBO pickups for private flights, and Westchester airport car service covers HPN and the Connecticut side.

If you are headed to Manhattan from Kennedy, the dedicated JFK to Manhattan car service page walks through that single route. For a general overview of how airport transfers are quoted, start with NYC airport transfer. Changing airports between flights is covered in the JFK to LaGuardia transportation guide.

Same rates at every airport

Hourly estimates do not change by airport. What changes is the route: a Newark-to-Manhattan trip crosses the Hudson, a JFK trip may use a toll bridge or tunnel, and a Teterboro trip starts at a private terminal. Direct transfers are quoted by route for that reason. The hourly table below applies when the car stays with you, with a 3-hour minimum.

Vehicle classHourly rateMinimumTypical fit
Business SedanEstimated $120 / hour3 hours: estimated $360Individual or small-party trips
First Class SUVEstimated $150 / hour3 hours: estimated $440Families and larger luggage loads
Mercedes S-ClassEstimated $175 / hour3 hours: estimated $525Premium sedan travel
Sprinter VanEstimated $200 / hour3 hours: estimated $600Groups; confirm the seating and bag layout

Hourly reservations have a 3-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV hourly rates include gratuity and fees; do not add gratuity a second time. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms your final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability. Tolls, parking, airport access, waiting and special requests depend on the confirmed itinerary. Full-duration totals are calculated separately from rounded hourly displays. Point-to-point transfers receive a route quote; the hourly minimum is not an airport fare.

Rate details, including what the sedan and SUV estimates include and how the minimum works, are on the rates page. Vehicle photos and capacities are on the fleet page.

Before any airport pickup

  1. Check the ticket for the airport code, airline and terminal.
  2. Count people and bags, including strollers, car seats, golf clubs and equipment cases.
  3. Decide whether you want a designated pickup area or a greeting inside, and say so when you book.
  4. Reserve on the booking form or call (929) 841-2152.
  5. Keep the confirmation on your phone. It names the pickup point and the terms.

Frequently asked questions

Which New York area airports do you serve?

Five: John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), Newark Liberty International (EWR), Teterboro (TEB) and Westchester County Airport (HPN). Each has its own page with terminal and route notes.

Is the price the same at every airport?

The hourly estimates are the same everywhere: $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $175 for an S-Class and $200 for a Sprinter, each with a 3-hour minimum. Direct transfers are quoted by route, so the total depends on the airport, the destination and items such as tolls and parking.

Can I book a ride between two airports?

Yes. JFK to LaGuardia, Newark to JFK and similar connections are booked as transfers. Give both flight numbers and the connection window so the quote reflects the real timing.

What do I need for an airport reservation?

The airport, the airline and flight number (or the FBO for a private flight), the date, passenger count, every bag, the destination and the vehicle class. Add the traveler’s mobile number so the day-of message reaches the right phone.

Where will the chauffeur meet me?

At the pickup point named on your confirmation. Commercial terminals use designated pickup areas, and some travelers request a greeting inside; say which you want when you book. At Teterboro and for private flights at HPN, the meeting point is the FBO.

Whichever airport is on the ticket, the booking works the same way. Reserve on the reservation page or call (929) 841-2152.
