Airport car service questions, answered

Quick answer: Book online on the reservation page or by phone at (929) 841-2152, any day and any hour. Hourly rates start at $120 for a sedan with a 3-hour minimum, and one-way transfers get a route quote. Your written confirmation names the pickup point and the terms.

These are the questions travelers ask most often before an airport pickup in the New York area. They are grouped by topic. If yours is not here, call dispatch at (929) 841-2152; the answer that counts for your trip is the one on your confirmation.

Booking a car

How do I make a reservation?

Use the secure form on /book-now or call (929) 841-2152. The form asks for the service type, date and time, pickup and drop-off, passengers, luggage and vehicle class, then returns the trip total and terms before you confirm.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Assistants and family members book for travelers all the time. Put the traveler’s name and working mobile number on the reservation so the day-of message reaches the person who is actually standing at the airport.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as the flight and passenger list are settled. Sprinters, child-seat requests, private aviation pickups and holiday dates fill earlier than a single sedan. Same-day trips depend on whether a vehicle in the requested class is still available.

Can I book a round trip?

Yes. Book the outbound and return as two legs, each with its own date, time and flight number. The return leg can be a different vehicle class if the party or the luggage changes.

Rates and payment

What does the service cost?

Hourly service is estimated at $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 for an SUV, and starts at $175 for an S-Class and $200 for a Sprinter, each with a 3-hour minimum. One-way transfers are quoted by route. The rates page has the full card.

Why is there no flat fare from JFK?

Because a Kennedy trip to a Midtown hotel, a Park Slope brownstone and a Greenwich house are three different jobs with different crossings and tolls. A route quote for the actual trip is more honest than one number that fits none of them.

Should I add a tip?

Not on sedan and SUV hourly reservations, whose estimates already include gratuity and fees. For S-Class and Sprinter bookings, the booking form shows the final price and what it includes.

Airports and pickups

Which airports do you cover?

JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro and Westchester County Airport (HPN). The airports page compares them and links to a detailed page for each.

Where do I meet my chauffeur?

At the pickup point named on your confirmation. At the commercial terminals that is usually a designated pickup area, or a greeting inside if you request one when you book. At Teterboro, and for private flights at HPN, it is the FBO.

What if my flight is late?

Put the airline and flight number on the reservation so dispatch can plan around the actual arrival. Waiting and delay terms are the ones written on your confirmation, so read that line before you travel.

Can you take me from one airport to another?

Yes. Airport-to-airport connections such as JFK to LaGuardia or Newark to JFK are booked as transfers. Give both flight numbers and the connection window.

Vehicles and luggage

Which vehicle do I need?

Choose by people and bags together. A sedan fits 1 to 3 passengers with light luggage. An SUV takes up to 6 and much more luggage. The S-Class is a premium sedan with a sedan-size trunk. A Sprinter carries larger groups, with the layout confirmed in writing.

Do you provide child seats?

Ask when you book and list the child’s age on the reservation. A child-seat request needs to be on the confirmation before the trip; do not assume one will be in the car if it is not written there.

Will I get the exact car in the photos?

Photos illustrate the vehicle classes. The assigned vehicle, its passenger and luggage fit, and any accessibility features are confirmed for your reservation.

Changes and service area

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Call dispatch at (929) 841-2152 with your confirmation details as early as possible. Change and cancellation terms are the ones stated on your confirmation.

Do you go outside New York City?

Yes. The published service area covers the five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Hamptons. Longer regional trips are quoted as long-distance itineraries.

Are you available around the clock?

Yes. Reservations can be scheduled for any day and any hour, including late-night international arrivals and pre-dawn departures.
